眼睛是心靈的窗口，是獲得各種知識的重要途徑。生活中我們處處都離不開眼睛，如果沒有眼睛，世界將會變得一片黑暗，如果我們的眼睛出了問題，學習和生活將會遇到很多困難。儘管這樣，我們有很多人還是不愛惜眼睛。在我的`周圍，已經有越來越多的同學帶上了“小眼鏡兒”，我的視力也逐漸下降，後來被醫生診斷爲假性近視。所以，保護眼睛這一點也被越來越多的人們重視起來。

在學校裏，老師常常會交給我們一些保護眼睛的有效方法，例如寫作業時手要離筆尖一寸，肚子要離桌面一拳，頭要離書本一尺，要在正確的地方看書，而且還要經常做眼保健操。但這些卻最容易被同學們忽視。

到底是什麼讓戴眼鏡的人飛快增加呢?這個問題在我的腦海裏不停地轉悠。後來，我觀察了很長的時間，也從網上查了資料，最終得出了結論。第一大原因：不用科學的方法去保護眼睛。有的同學長時間的看書、上網、看電視，使眼睛經常處於疲勞狀態，並且不注意眼睛衛生。雖然我們學校要求同學們都要按時做眼保健操，但一部分同學還是不好好做，有的還躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遺傳。有的父母是近視眼，並遺傳給了自己的孩子。不過這種情況好象不多，“小眼鏡兒”往往是因爲不愛惜眼睛造成的。

最後奉勸大家：我們一定要愛惜自己僅有的這一雙眼睛，使我們的每一天都充滿光明!
